We are the incumbent supplier for the Scotland Route Buildings Framework, PPM Contract
Working throughout the Scotland Route we support Network Rail with a broad range of Planned Preventative Maintenance services, undertaking approximately 1500 tasks per year at over 800 locations including – Stations, Maintenance Depots, Lineside Buildings, Signal Boxes/Centres, Delivery Units and Offices. The objectives of the contract are to substantially reduce unplanned reactive repairs, maintain operational efficiency of critical assets, legislation compliance, budgetary management, extending operational life and asset condition monitoring and reporting.
Due to the diverse range of assets and competencies required, CPMS undertakes approx. 30% of the tasks using our directly employed staff, the remaining 70% is undertaken by specialist maintainers, all of whom have passed our rigorous supplier onboarding process.
