Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships play a crucial role in building a skilled workforce, enhancing individual employment and development prospects, and fostering economic growth. The objective of our apprentice training programme is to provide the opportunity for young people to acquire specific skills, combining on the job training with classroom study while being paid, leading to a recognised qualification at the end of training.

The CPMS graduate programme provides a structured framework for graduates to develop critical skills and knowledge that align with their chosen profession. The programme aims to facilitate the transition from academic life to the workplace, helping graduates adjust to professional environments and work expectations.
