Network Rail Property – 35 Commerce Street Glasgow – Arch Refurbishment

Commerce Street consist of a row of railway arches, supporting the busy track layout approach to Glasgow Central Station.

All of the arches are let out by Network Rail to retail and commercial tenants, forming a vibrant community. 35 Commerce Street is typical of the types of projects we regularly undertake as part of our Network Rail Property Framework Contract.

The longstanding tenant of the premises gave up the lease, the opportunity was taken to upgrade the arch before being re-let.

The unit was cleared by the tenant as part of their dilapidations, the first 2 photos is how the unit looked before we started the refurbishment.
