We currently have an opportunity for a Roofer to join our team. They will be responsible for providing high quality roofing services on behalf of CPMS to a number of our key clients.
The successful candidate will be based out of our Head Office in Elderslie, but will be required to work on job sites throughout the whole of Scotland, predominately within the Central Belt.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for fault-finding and resolution, as per the requirements of the client. This may involve applying fixes, maintenance or installation of new roofing
- Responding to reactive call-outs and providing issue resolutions, under client timescales and ensuring expectations are met
- Carrying out pre-planned maintenance works on client sites
- To provide call-out response for the client as detailed on the call-out rota
- To provide a professional service at all times and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with HSQE regulations, risk assessments, etc
What we are looking for
- Fully qualified Roofer, with SVQ3 or equivalent
- Full, UK Driving Licence
- Ideally based in Renfrewshire / Ayrshire
- Time-served, with valuable experience in all aspects of roofing, for example tiling, slating, flat roofs, leadwork, guttering, roofing felt, etc.
- Experience of working with, or knowledge of, Sarna roofing would be desirable, but absolutely not essential.
- Experience of working under strict health & safety legislation and procedures, including dynamic risk assessments.
- Experience working within the rail industry would be desirable, but not deemed as essential. Full training and certification would be provided for the successful candidate.
