An opportunity has arisen for a Plumber to join our team, based in our Head Office in Elderslie with travel throughout Scotland. The successful candidate should be a qualified plumber and will be responsible for undertaking reactive and planned maintenance tasks for our clients.
Role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
– Undertake reactive and planned maintenance works
– Complete necessary paperwork to meet internal processes
– Ensure work is executed and completed to a professional/acceptable standard and within given timescales
– Comply in accordance with Health & Safety regulations at all times
– Ensure you are complying with company PPE standards
– Satisfactory completion and submission of weekly job/timesheets
– Participate in on-call coverage, via rota system.
Essential –
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction techniques
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a full UK drivers’ licence
- Level 3 S/NVQ or C&G in relevant trade
Desirable –
- Valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) card, desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Experience working in a multi-site maintenance environment
