We have an exciting opportunity for a fully-qualified HVAC Engineer to join our team, based out of our Head Office in Elderslie, with daily travel throughout Scotland.

Reporting to the PPM Manager, the successful candidate should be a qualified HVAC Engineer and will be responsible for undertaking maintenance, installation and reactive works for our main clients,.

Role Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Carrying out both PPM & Reactive works for all our clients
  • Servicing, fault find diagnosis, reactive repairs and attending breakdowns, to a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV’s, VRF’s, small split/multi-systems and associated ancillary plant and equipment, including AHU’s
  • Keeping up to date with current legislation and adhering to this at all times
  • Liaising with line manager, regarding status of jobs
  • Providing competitive quotes to clients with, cost effective solutions
  • Ensuring work is executed and completed to a professional/acceptable standard and within given timescales
  • Complying in accordance with Health & Safety regulations at all times
  • Ensuring you are complying with PPE company standards
  • Satisfactory completion and submission of weekly job/timesheets,

What we are looking for

Essential:

  • Time served Air Conditioning Engineer
  • Skilled in Carrying out all aspects of air conditioning service and maintenance
  • Ability to work alone, or as part of a team
  • IT Knowledge (particularly Microsoft Packages)
  • Driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within the Rail industry
  • Valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) card.
