- Facilitating science, technology, engineering, maths (STEM) skills amongst young people and inspire them to follow careers in STEM and rail.
- Support in-work progression to help people, including those from disadvantaged or minority groups, to move into higher paid work by developing new skills.
- Creating well paid permanent jobs.
- Offer employment and development opportunities to those from disadvantaged or minority groups through our membership of the 5% Club.
- Supporting diversity and inclusion.
- Support physical and mental health in the workforce through our Employee Assistance Scheme.
- Helping to support strong, integrated communities by providing charitable donations, Providing excess materials free to local community projects, volunteering opportunities, sponsorship for local sports clubs and community events.
