PLANNED MAINTENANCE
We believe in preparation and prevention with regards to maintenance. We understand the daily needs of a job or organisation that requires high or low maintenance and planning ahead for any eventuality is a must in today’s climate. The level of planned maintenance is tailored to the specific needs of the customer and CPMS will work around and with your needs.
REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Our reactive maintenance is CPMS providing a rapid response to our customers and covers the fundamental belief of being available 24/7 for our customers. This service is key in certain sectors and at CPMS planning for reactive maintenance our forte! However, we do realise having reactive maintenance is solely dependent on the needs of our customers and we can make it happen.
Our dedicated Contracts Managers work with the customer and are on hand to deal with the particular needs and wants of any type of reactive maintenance that is required.
