At CPMS we offer two types of maintenance: planned maintenance and reactive maintenance.
We aim to:

PLANNED MAINTENANCE
We believe in preparation and prevention with regards to maintenance and understand the daily needs of a job or organisation that requires high or low maintenance and planning ahead for any eventuality is a must in today’s climate. The level of planned maintenance is tailored to the specific needs of our clients across a broad range of sectors.

REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Our reactive maintenance is CPMS providing a rapid response for our clients 24/7. Our dedicated Contracts Managers work with the customer and are on hand to deal with client specific requirements on maintenance. Our resources are supported by a fleet in excess of 100 GPS (tracked) vehicles.

   
 

BUSINESS SPACE

  GROUND WORKS

  EMERGENCY DEBRIS REMOVAL
Within one hour CPMS had operatives on site, who were able to assess and confirm the position of the debris, install a safe system and barrier off the area. Click here for more info.
 
     
  STAIR TREADS REPAIR AND RENEWAL
As part of the First Scotrail Reactive Maintenance Works, CPMS where ask to attend Baillieston Station and carry out repairs to the footbridge stair treads which were badly corroded. Click here for more info.
