We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, based at our Head Office in Elderslie on a 3-month temporary contract, working 35-40 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Data entry to management system
- Liaising with sub-contractors on planning and completion of works
- Assisting with work planning, ensuring all timescales are adhered to and deadlines are successfully met
- Administering all correspondence, filing and scanning received
- Updating of operators’ paperwork, both internal employees and sub-contractors
- Creation and distribution of job packs
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member, including transferring to on-call manager
- Updating and providing reports
- Providing cover for other members of the administration team in times of annual leave and absence
- Participate in relevant training and team meetings
- Ad hoc tasks, as required
Role Experience/Qualifications
- Ability to organise and prioritise own work schedule
- Skilled planning and problem solving
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, namely Excel & Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working within a fast-paced, administration role
