We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, based at our Head Office in Elderslie on a 3-month temporary contract, working 35-40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

  • Data entry to management system
  • Liaising with sub-contractors on planning and completion of works
  • Assisting with work planning, ensuring all timescales are adhered to and deadlines are successfully met
  • Administering all correspondence, filing and scanning received
  • Updating of operators’ paperwork, both internal employees and sub-contractors
  • Creation and distribution of job packs
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member, including transferring to on-call manager
  • Updating and providing reports
  • Providing cover for other members of the administration team in times of annual leave and absence
  • Participate in relevant training and team meetings
  • Ad hoc tasks, as required

Role Experience/Qualifications

  • Ability to organise and prioritise own work schedule
  • Skilled planning and problem solving
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, namely Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, administration role
