Working in environments such as schools, hospitals, health centres and universities means operating on active sites, often alongside the essential day-to-day routine. CPMS take great care to minimise disruption and quickly work to tight deadlines to ensure the swift running and maintenance of the project is fulfilled with ease.

MANUFACTURING SECTOR

As the hub of many national and global organisations, modern manufacturing and logistics facilities must be understood to be highly appropriate and efficient. They must suit the needs of the client precisely and add value to their business.

CPMS understand the changing nature of today’s economic times and realise companies must work more efficiently and effectively. We endeavour to work closely with all our clients to establish good working practice alongside providing a high, detailed finish and are dedicated to finding a solution that works for the client to maximum effect.

HEALTH SECTOR

Within the Health sector, CPMS have experience in working in doctors’ surgeries, outpatient departments, hospital wards (new builds and refurbished developments) operating theatres, and other healthcare facilities. We have worked in both public and private sector hospitals and we are extremely dedicated to maintaining and working alongside staff to create a quiet and comfortable environment for patients.

We work around our customers’ needs and are happy to accommodate special needs such as working at night, in order to fit around operating schedules etc. We understand the need for different working hours within this sector but we never lose sight of working to tight deadlines.

CPMS keep to a strict timeline that works for all. Security and Safety are at the heart of CPMS and we strive to meet all our customer needs and wants while they continue their invaluable work within the Health Sector.

RETAIL SECTOR

With hundreds of completed construction projects, many incorporating the latest energy saving features, CPMS have proven experience that you can trust within the Retail Sector. We are dedicated to finding the right solution for our clients which include services such as new build projects, extensions and refurbishment. We also offer planned and reactive maintenance work’s tailored to the specific needs of our clients.


TRANSPORT SECTOR

CPMS have a wealth of experience working in the transport sector, primarily in regards to Rail.  Working under our Principal Contractors Licence, our skilled workforce is dedicated and professional and we take pride in providing customer-focussed solutions throughout all our projects.

We have carried out hundreds of projects from planned to reactive maintenance from one of small jobs to multi site term contracts and our 24/7 response maintenance call out service is always on hand to meet every emergency situation.

To assist in this process our fleet of over 60 vehicles have been fitted with tracker devices, which allows us to direct the nearest vehicle to the emergency to ensure our customers get the best service possible.


COMMERCE SECTOR

Within the Commerce sector, CPMS have a raft of experience working with banks and building societies. Our dedicated team specialise in understanding the needs of our customers and of tight timescales that occur within the Commerce Sector. We know image and reputation are key components of working within this sector and we endeavour to help and work with our clients as much as possible.


LEISURE SECTOR

We pride ourselves in working within a huge range of sectors at CPMS. The Leisure sector brings exciting opportunities by developing our portfolio of accomplished finished building facilities and bringing new challenges within our Facilities Management services. We know the importance of listening to customers and we pride ourselves at CPMS to "making it happen" for our customers.
