Managing Director

Charlie co-founded CPMS in 1996 and has overseen the successful growth of the company. He has extensive experience and expertise in multi site maintenance and FM services. His strengths lie in getting to the heart of customers needs and coming up with innovative ways to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Crucially, Charlie believes passionately that building long term relationships with stakeholders is a prerequisite for success.

General Manager

With over 25 years experience, Robert has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the various sectors that we operate in. He has a consistent track record of successfully employing best practices that ensure we deliver our promises. An experienced business manager with a broad range of skills, he believes passionately in excellent customer service.

Robert is responsible for the strategic development and focus of CPMS.
