Corporate and social responsibility (CSR) means managing our business responsibly for long term success. Our success also means that we can fulfill our responsibilities to the communities in which we operate.
CPMS believes that we must make a positive and responsible contribution to society on an economic and social level, whilst properly managing and seeking to reduce our impact on the environment.
Involving our employees in the community brings benefits, our employees gain in understanding, confidence and self esteem.
A PEOPLE COMMUNITY
CPMS are continuously trying to improve in ways which we contribute to the general well-being of our community.
We are a local business for local connections at heart and look to recruit our staff locally, wherver possible. We actively advertise for jobs using the local press and we also work with local community groups to recuit local people.

AN ACTIVE COMMUNITY
CPMS are committed to local development and care within the communities we operate in. We encourage our employees to get involved and support local community projects and we are actively supporting a local rugby club Garnock based in Glengarnock, Scotland and also a local football team St Mirren again based in Scotland.
As a company we are keen to promote measures to increase youth health and development and by supporting various sporting clubs CPMS believe in providing direction, inspiration and leadership skills to the youth of today.
It's a good way for our people, either individually or in teams, to connect with customers in their local community, to learn new skills, and to enjoy the positive benefits of 'Making It Happen' for our community.
